All products sold by Tidal Tech Marine are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing. We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product listings at any time without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All transactions are processed securely. Tidal Tech Marine does not store full payment card details.

For bank transfer, CashApp, and Chime payments, orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing an order, the order may be cancelled.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraud. You will be notified if your order is declined and any payment received will be refunded.

An order is considered accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

7. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship internationally. Shipping terms, timelines, and carrier information are detailed in our Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Warranties

All new products sold by Tidal Tech Marine are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Tidal Tech Marine does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Please note that certain products, including MerCruiser engines and outdrives, require installation by a certified dealer for the manufacturer warranty to be valid.

Tidal Tech Marine makes no additional representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the products sold on this site beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tidal Tech Marine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
